DEPOSITS

Campsites require one night.

 

Rental campers require 2 night deposit and must be paid in full at time of booking, including a $100 security deposit. The balance due for the number of days reserved is payable upon arrival.  The security deposit will be refunded after an inspection has been made and no damage has been found. 

 

Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received.

CANCELLATIONS:

A $20 administrative fee is charged for all cancellations.  Campsite reservation deposits are refunded in full if we receive a 2-week notice. Rental camper deposits require a 30-day notice to receive a refund on the deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay, less any nights we are able to rebook for the reservation period.  This policy applies to any late date arrivals, early date departures, and “no-shows.”  No refunds will be given for inclement weather. 

 

Your stay Includes usage of the POND (catch and release fishing only), PICNIC AREAS (unless previously reserved), CREEK & BEACH AREA (parents are responsible for supervision of children), GAME ROOM, ANY GAME & PLAY AREAS.
